Terms of Service

These Terms apply to RedrixTech hosting services ordered through our website or client area. RedrixTech is the hosting service brand based in Swords, Co. Dublin, Ireland. For help with an order or service, contact info@redrixtech.com.

1. Hosting plans

Plan features and prices are shown on the website and again during ordering. The current plans are:

Each hosting plan includes one cPanel account, 2 vCPU and 3 GB RAM, LiteSpeed, LiteSpeed Cache, Softaculous, free SSL, CloudLinux account isolation, Imunify360 malware scanning, and daily backups retained for 30 days. Domain allowances are for domains hosted within the plan and do not mean separate cPanel accounts. Any domain registration or other paid extra is included only if it is expressly shown in your order.

2. Orders and account setup

Your order confirmation and invoice show the selected plan, billing period, price and any applicable charges before you place the order. Keep your account and contact details accurate and protect your login credentials. Hosting is normally set up automatically after the payment provider confirms payment. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and should contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Prices, billing and cancellation

The price and billing period selected at checkout apply to your order. Renewal and payment details, where applicable, are displayed in your client area or invoice. You can request cancellation through the client area or by emailing info@redrixtech.com. A cancellation request stops future service renewal according to the billing details shown for your order; it does not remove any consumer cancellation or refund rights that apply by law. Nothing in these Terms asks you to waive a statutory right.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and in a way that does not disrupt the platform or other customers. You must not use it to distribute malware, run phishing or spam, send unsolicited bulk messages, infringe another person’s rights, attempt unauthorised access, or conduct activity that materially harms the service or its users. You are responsible for ensuring that the content and data you host are lawful and that you have the rights and permissions needed to use them. Email hosting is for ordinary website and business correspondence and does not permit spam, unsolicited bulk mail or unlawful messages. You must have a lawful basis for messages you send and comply with applicable email and privacy rules.

5. Unlimited traffic and fair use

Power includes unlimited traffic: we do not apply a fixed monthly traffic allowance to this plan. Fair use means the service is used for ordinary website and hosting purposes and in a way that does not materially impair the shared platform or other customers’ services. If a specific use causes a material issue, we will contact you where reasonably practicable and work with you on a suitable solution; proportionate temporary limits may be used when needed to protect the service or comply with law.

6. Backups and your data

Daily backups are retained for 30 days as a recovery feature. Backups can help restore data but are not a substitute for copies that you keep independently. You remain responsible for maintaining your own copies of important files, databases and email, and for the content and personal data stored on your hosting account. Contact us if you need help with a restoration request.

7. Availability, support and maintenance

We work to keep hosting available and to provide support through the contact options shown on our website or client area. Maintenance, security work, network events and issues affecting upstream providers can occasionally interrupt service. Any specific service commitment shown for your order applies to that order. These Terms do not reduce rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

8. Security and suspension

If we reasonably believe a service is being used for spam, phishing, malware, fraud or other illegal activity, or presents an urgent risk to the platform, customers or third parties, we may immediately restrict email sending or suspend the affected hosting service without prior notice. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and may request information or corrective action before restoring service. Where suspension is caused by your breach of these Terms, fees for the affected service or unused period are not refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or any refund or remedy that the law requires.

9. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, your mandatory rights under the laws that apply to you remain in force. These Terms do not exclude any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any information or choice required when a consumer asks for a service to begin during a cancellation period will be presented separately during ordering where applicable.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with orders, accounts, support and hosting services.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms when our services or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page and apply as permitted by law. Irish law applies, subject to any mandatory protections and rights available to consumers in their country of residence.

12. Contact and complaints

For questions, support or complaints, email info@redrixtech.com. Include your order or account reference when relevant.

13. Domains, SSL and third-party software

Domain allowances describe how many domains may be hosted within the plan’s single cPanel account. Domain registration, transfer, renewal and any paid add-on are charged only where shown in the order. Free SSL is provided where supported and may depend on domain validation and the certificate issuer’s requirements. Third-party software, plugins, themes and services are subject to their own licences, terms and availability.

14. Service expiry and moving your website

If a service expires or is cancelled, access to the hosting account may be restricted. Please export your website files, databases and email before the service end date. Data and recovery copies may be removed as needed to close the service and under the normal backup rotation; billing records may be retained where required by law. Contact us before the service ends if you need help planning a move.
