Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RedrixTech handles personal information when you visit our website, open a client account, order hosting, or contact support.

Who is responsible for your information?

RedrixTech is the hosting service brand based in Swords, Co. Dublin, Ireland. For privacy questions or requests, email info@redrixtech.com.

Information we collect

We handle the information needed to provide hosting and support: contact and account details, orders and invoices, service settings, support messages, payment status, and technical or security logs. Payment card and account details are handled by the payment provider selected at checkout. If you host a website with us, its files and databases may contain information that you or your visitors submit.

How we use information

We use information where needed to perform a contract, meet legal obligations, protect the service and our legitimate interests, or where you have given consent.

Service providers

To operate the website and hosting, information may be processed by WordPress and WHMCS service providers, ChemiCloud and its infrastructure providers, and the payment provider you choose when available, such as PayPal, Stripe or Revolut Pro. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy notices and receive information needed to perform their services.

International processing

Some service providers may process information outside Ireland or the European Economic Area. Where data protection law requires it, appropriate safeguards are used for those transfers.

How long we keep information

We keep account, service, billing, support and security records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting duties, protect the service, resolve disputes and establish or defend legal claims. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it where practicable.

Cookies and analytics

WordPress and the client portal use essential cookies for functions such as security, account sessions and the shopping cart. Google Analytics is not currently active on the website. If we add it later, we will update this notice and obtain consent before using non-essential analytics cookies where required. You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, or request a portable copy. You can withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact info@redrixtech.com. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.

Information in hosted websites

Customers are responsible for the personal information they collect through websites hosted with RedrixTech, including providing their own privacy notices and choosing a lawful basis. We may process hosted information as needed to provide, secure and support the hosting service.

Information required for orders

Some information is needed to create a client account, process an order, issue invoices, provide hosting and respond to support requests. If you do not provide the details marked as required in the order or account form, we may be unable to create the account or provide the requested service. Marketing preferences are separate from information needed to run your service; you can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

How information is shared

We share only the information needed with providers that help operate the website, client portal, hosting, security and payment process. We may also disclose information where required by law, a valid legal request or to protect customers, the service or other people. We do not receive full payment card details when those are collected by the payment provider.

Account and data security

We use reasonable access and security measures to protect account and service information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Use a strong, unique password, keep your login details private and contact us promptly if you suspect an account has been accessed without permission.

Requests about your information

Email info@redrixtech.com to make a privacy request. We may ask for information needed to confirm that the request relates to you, and we may retain information where the law requires it or where it is needed to resolve a claim. You can also contact the Irish Data Protection Commission if you have a concern.

Personal data on customer websites

If you are a visitor to a website hosted by a RedrixTech customer, contact that website operator first about information collected through the site. The customer decides why that information is collected and is responsible for its own privacy notice and legal basis. We may access or process hosted data only as needed to operate, secure or support the hosting service.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services or data handling change. The current version will be published on this page.
