A hosting plan is easier to choose when you can see what changes, what stays the same and what the numbers mean. Here are the answers behind Starter, Business and Power.
What is included with every hosting plan?
Every plan includes one cPanel account, 2 vCPU and 3 GB RAM, LiteSpeed web server, LiteSpeed Cache, Softaculous for one-click app installation, free SSL, CloudLinux account isolation, Imunify360 malware scanning and daily backups retained for 30 days.
Hosting is located in Frankfurt, Germany. The plans differ in NVMe storage, traffic allowance and the number of domains you can host. See the complete plan comparison.
Which plan should I choose?
Starter is intended for personal blogs and brochure sites: 3 GB NVMe storage, 100 GB traffic and one domain.
Business suits small companies and WordPress projects that need more room: 10 GB NVMe storage, 500 GB traffic and five domains.
Power offers 25 GB NVMe storage, unlimited traffic and unlimited domains for webshops and larger projects. A webshop’s actual resource needs depend on its software, catalogue and visitors, so ask us if you are unsure.
Does a higher-priced plan include more CPU or RAM?
No. Starter, Business and Power each include 2 vCPU and 3 GB RAM. Moving up this range increases storage, traffic allowance and domain capacity.
If your application needs more processing power or memory, tell us about its requirements before choosing a package.
What are the monthly and annual prices?
Starter is €3.90 per month or €46.80 per year. Business is €7.90 per month or €94.80 per year. Power is €14.90 per month or €178.80 per year.
The annual figures equal twelve monthly payments. There is no annual discount implied by these prices.
What is the difference between storage and traffic?
Storage is the space occupied by your website’s files, images and other stored data. Traffic is the data transferred as people use your site.
A photo-heavy website can need more storage; a smaller site with many visitors can use more traffic. They are separate limits, so consider both.
Does “unlimited traffic” mean unlimited resources?
No. Power has unlimited traffic and domain allowances under our fair-use policy, but it still includes 25 GB NVMe storage, 2 vCPU and 3 GB RAM. Those limits still matter when deciding what the package can comfortably run.
Unlimited domains describes how many domains you may host. It does not include unlimited domain registrations.
Are domain registrations included?
The domain numbers shown in the packages describe hosting capacity: one domain on Starter, five on Business and unlimited on Power.
A free domain registration is not listed as a package benefit. If you need a new domain or have a question about an existing one, contact us before ordering.
What happens if hosting is used for spam or illegal activity?
To protect other customers and the platform, we may restrict outgoing mail or suspend the affected service immediately and without prior notice when we reasonably believe it is being used for spam, phishing, malware, fraud or illegal activity. We will notify the account holder as soon as reasonably practicable. Fees are not refunded where the suspension is caused by a breach, to the extent permitted by law; mandatory consumer rights remain in force.
Where are the hosting servers located?
RedrixTech hosting accounts are located in Frankfurt, Germany, within the European Union.
How do I get support?
Support is available through your client area. We handle hosting-related requests as promptly as possible. For infrastructure issues, we coordinate with our hosting platform provider.
