Create and manage mailboxes from cPanel.
- Open cPanel from your RedrixTech client area.
- In the Email section, select Email Accounts.
- Choose Create, enter the mailbox name and set a strong password.
- After creation, use Check Email to open webmail or follow the connection settings shown in cPanel to configure your mail app.
Make sure the domain's DNS records are pointing to the hosting service before testing delivery. For reliable delivery, use the server and security settings displayed in cPanel rather than guessing mail-server names or ports.
